Dr. Georg Stocker (born 1964) has been Chairman of the Board of Management of DekaBank since 1 January 2020. He has been a member of DekaBank´s Board of Management since August 2012 and has been Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management since October 2015.

Dr. Matthias Danne (born 1959) has been a member of DekaBank´s Board of Management since 1 July 2006. He has also been Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management since July 2020. On the Board of Management, he is responsible for the Deka Group's entire Asset Management and Treasury. Dr Danne was Chief Financial Officer until May 2020.

Birgit Dietl-Benzin (born 1974) has been DekaBank´s Chef Risk Officer since 11 June 2020 and is also responsible for Back Office Credit and Compliance.

Daniel Kapffer (born 1968) has been a member of the Board of Management since 1 May 2019 and Chief Financial Officer of DekaBank since 1 May 2020. As COO, he is also responsible for IT, Business Services and Organisational Development.

Torsten Knapmeyer (born 1965) has been DekaBank´s Chief Sales Officer since 1 April 2021. He is responsible for the savings banks sales and institutional sales as well as marketing.

Martin K. Müller (born 1961) has been a member of DekaBank´s Board of Management since 1 May 2013. He is responsible for the banking business divisions (capital markets, lending, property finance) and the depositary business.
